Massage for back, shoulder, neck, and head
Traditional Thai healing practice that combines acupressure, stretching, and compression in the upper half of the body. It helps decrease muscle and joint tension and take pressure off pinched nerves in the cervical and thoracic spine that may be causing migraines and pains in the neck, shoulders, and arms.
A better choice for those suffering from “Text Neck” or Upper Cross Syndrome, which is very common in people with a sedentary lifestyle and chronic bad posture, especially office workers. Also, this type of massage is extremely useful for treating Frozen Shoulder.

Massage for back and leg
Traditional Thai healing practice, which is focused on the lower half of the body, including the areas that can contribute to lower back pain called Sciatica. It helps to remove muscle clamps and take pressure off pinched arteries and the sciatic nerve running from the lumbar spine down through the butt, hips, and thighs.
This treatment is especially recommended for those who constantly experience excessive load on the bottom of the spine because of engaging in high-intensity activities like weight lifting, running, or cycling, as well as by reason of age, obesity, or pregnancy.

Deep tissue massage
Full-body treatment, which is aimed at breaking up scar tissue and breaking down muscle adhesions (“knots”) usually in the back, legs, and shoulders. While almost anyone can benefit from deep tissue massage, it is particularly recommended for those recovering from sports-related injuries.
In order to reach the deepest layers of muscles and connective tissues, this type of massage involves more forceful stroking and kneading movements than any other. During the session, the therapist applies slow yet concentrated pressure to the targeted area mostly by their fingers, knuckles, and elbows. This can be painful!

DEAR CLIENTS,
I’ve placed this notice on every floor because each masseuse has their own unique style and technique. Sometimes, this may not match a client’s expectations—especially if they are unfamiliar with massage and unsure how to express their preferences. While some clients find their ideal therapist right away and stick with them, others may leave feeling disappointed.
If you’re ever unsatisfied with your massage, please don’t hesitate to call me! Requesting a different masseuse is completely normal, and I’m here to help you find the right match.
